Huawei’s next-generation fitness-focused smartwatches, the Watch Fit 5 series, have surfaced in a fresh leak ahead of their official debut. The lineup is expected to include the standard Huawei Watch Fit 5 and a more premium Watch Fit 5 Pro model. Both variants appear to bring notable improvements in display technology, materials, and health tracking capabilities, while continuing to target users looking for a balance between fitness features and everyday usability.
According to a report from WinFuture.de, the Huawei Watch Fit 5 could be priced at EUR 199 (approximately Rs. 21,800), while the Watch Fit 5 Pro may start at EUR 299 (around Rs. 32,700).
The standard model is expected to be offered in multiple colour options including black, white, silver/green, and purple. Meanwhile, the Pro variant could arrive in black, white, and orange shades.
Huawei is likely to retain its familiar rectangular design language for the Watch Fit series. The Watch Fit 5 is tipped to feature a full aluminium body, offering a lightweight and durable build.
On the other hand, the Watch Fit 5 Pro could adopt a more premium construction, combining an aluminium frame with a titanium outer frame. Both models are said to include a fibreglass rear panel.
For protection, the Pro variant may feature sapphire crystal glass, while the standard model could use Li-Al-silicon glass.
The Huawei Watch Fit 5 is expected to sport a 1.82-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 x 408 pixels and peak brightness of up to 2500 nits.
The Watch Fit 5 Pro, in comparison, could offer a larger 1.92-inch LTPO OLED panel with the same resolution but enhanced brightness levels of up to 3500 nits, potentially improving visibility under direct sunlight.

Both models are tipped to support Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and GPS connectivity, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of features including contactless payments and precise location tracking.
In terms of durability, the Watch Fit 5 series may come with IP6X dust resistance. Additionally, the Pro variant is expected to support water resistance up to 40 metres, making it suitable for swimming and diving activities.
Huawei appears to be equipping the Watch Fit 5 lineup with an extensive set of sensors, including:
The Watch Fit 5 Pro could further enhance health tracking with the addition of a depth sensor and ECG functionality.
Other expected features include automatic activity detection, multiple sports modes, and support for full-colour offline maps, which could improve navigation during outdoor workouts.
Both the Huawei Watch Fit 5 and Watch Fit 5 Pro are expected to pack a 471mAh battery. Battery life could extend up to 10 days under optimal usage conditions, around seven days with typical usage, and up to four days when the always-on display is enabled.
In terms of weight, the standard Watch Fit 5 is tipped to weigh 27.5 grams, while the Pro model could be slightly heavier at 31.6 grams, likely due to its more premium build materials.
The Huawei Watch Fit 5 series appears to bring meaningful upgrades across design, display, and health tracking features. With improved brightness, premium materials in the Pro model, and a comprehensive sensor suite, the lineup is shaping up to be a strong contender in the smartwatch segment. An official launch announcement is expected soon.
