OnePlus Nord CE6 and CE6 Lite
OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE6 and OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite will launch in India on May 7. Ahead of the official debut, the company has revealed key specifications of both smartphones. While details of the Nord CE6 were shared earlier, the brand has now confirmed the processor, battery, display, and camera specifications of the Nord CE6 Lite.
The launch event will take place at 12pm IST and will be livestreamed via OnePlus’ official website and social media channels.
The OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset. Built on a 4nm fabrication process, the octa-core processor is said to deliver clock speeds of up to 2.6GHz. OnePlus claims that the smartphone can achieve an AnTuTu score exceeding 1 million.
To manage heat during heavy usage and gaming, the device will include a 5,300mm² VC cooling system. The company also states that select games can be played at up to 144FPS on the handset.
The smartphone will come equipped with Google AI features such as Google Gemini and Circle to Search.
The OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite will sport a 6.72-inch full-HD display with support for a variable refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz.
It will pack a 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The device will also include bypass charging technology, which helps maintain battery health during intensive tasks by supplying power directly to the system instead of the battery.
OnePlus claims that the battery is designed to maintain health for up to six years.
For optics, the smartphone will feature a 50-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
The device will come with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, suggesting enhanced durability and resistance to shocks. It will be available in Vivid Mint and Hyper Black colour options in India.
The OnePlus Nord CE6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. It will feature a large 33,000mm² cooling area and a dedicated Touch Reflex chip aimed at improving responsiveness and gaming performance, including support for up to 144FPS gameplay.
The smartphone will pack an 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. Similar to the Lite model, it is also claimed to offer up to six years of battery health.
The Nord CE6 will sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also confirmed to come with MIL-STD-810H certification along with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
Both the OnePlus Nord CE6 and Nord CE6 Lite will be unveiled during a global launch event on May 7. The event will begin at 12pm IST and will be streamed live across OnePlus’ official platforms. Pricing and availability details are expected to be announced during the launch.
