Xiaomi appears to be gearing up to expand its smartphone portfolio with a new sub-flagship lineup. Following the introduction of the Xiaomi 17 series earlier this year, the brand is now expected to unveil the Xiaomi 17T series, which may include both standard and Pro variants. While the company has not officially confirmed these devices yet, the Xiaomi 17T has now been spotted on a benchmarking platform, revealing key hardware details.

Geekbench Listing Reveals Chipset and Performance Details

A Xiaomi smartphone carrying the model number 2602DPT53G has appeared on the Geekbench AI database. Previous reports have linked this model number to the Xiaomi 17T, suggesting that this listing likely belongs to the upcoming handset.

According to the benchmark data, the device is powered by a MediaTek chipset featuring a prime core clocked at 3.40GHz, alongside three performance cores running at 3.20GHz and four efficiency cores operating at 2.20GHz. For graphics processing, the smartphone is equipped with a Mali-G720 MC8 GPU.

Based on these specifications, the chipset is believed to be the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC. This processor is expected to deliver strong performance and could position the device in the upper mid-range or sub-flagship segment.
