With a focus on professional imaging, advanced telephoto capabilities, and a massive battery, the Vivo X300 Ultra positions itself as one of the most powerful flagship smartphones of 2026.
The Vivo X300 Ultra starts at CNY 6,999, which is roughly Rs. 95,900 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 7,499, while the 16GB + 512GB variant costs CNY 7,999. The top-end 16GB + 1TB Satellite Communication Edition is priced at CNY 8,999, approximately Rs. 1,23,300.
Vivo is also offering 200GB of cloud storage for two years with all variants, although this limited-time offer is valid until May 5. The smartphone is available in premium finishes including Film Green, Silver Tone, and Black.
The Vivo X300 Ultra features a large 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This ensures smooth scrolling, immersive gaming, and an overall premium viewing experience. The LTPO technology also helps in optimizing battery efficiency by dynamically adjusting the refresh rate based on usage.
The design of the phone reflects a premium flagship feel, complemented by high-quality materials and refined finishes. The large display combined with slim bezels enhances multimedia consumption and gaming performance.
At the core of the Vivo X300 Ultra lies the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm architecture. This next-generation processor delivers top-tier performance, improved efficiency, and enhanced AI capabilities.
The device is paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage, ensuring seamless multitasking and ample space for media and applications. It runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, offering a smooth and feature-rich user experience right out of the box.
The biggest highlight of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its advanced triple rear camera setup. It includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor with a 35mm focal length, delivering exceptional clarity and detail.
The phone also features a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, which is designed for long-range photography, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. This combination enables users to capture professional-grade photos across various scenarios.
On the front, the device houses a 50-megapixel selfie camera with screen flash support, ensuring high-quality selfies even in low-light conditions.
Vivo has taken smartphone zoom technology to the next level with its teleconverter system. The X300 Ultra supports a powerful “Big Gun” 400 teleconverter that offers up to 400mm focal length and delivers up to 17.4x optical zoom.
Additionally, the device can achieve zoom levels up to 1600mm while maintaining strong image stabilization and fast autofocus. For users seeking portability, Vivo also offers a compact “Lipstick” 200 teleconverter that enhances zoom performance without adding bulk.
These features make the Vivo X300 Ultra a true photography-centric smartphone, ideal for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is equipped with a massive 7,000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting usage even under heavy workloads. Whether it is gaming, photography, or streaming, the device is built to last throughout the day.
It supports 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, allowing users to quickly recharge their device. This combination of large battery capacity and fast charging makes it highly reliable for power users.
Vivo has also introduced a range of accessories designed to enhance the photography experience. The G2 Ultra teleconverter bundle, professional imaging handle set, and Photographer Kit offer additional tools for content creators.
The company has also partnered with SmallRig to launch a Professional Video Expansion Kit, which will be available later in April 2026. These accessories will be sold in limited quantities starting April 3, adding exclusivity to the ecosystem.
The Vivo X300 Ultra stands out as a true flagship smartphone with a strong focus on camera innovation and high-end performance. With dual 200MP sensors, advanced telephoto capabilities, a powerful Snapdragon chipset, and a massive battery, it sets a new benchmark in mobile photography.
