Samsung Galaxy Book6, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6 Ultra Launched in India with AI Features, RTX 5070 and AMOLED Displays

Samsung has officially launched its Galaxy Book6 series in India, introducing three new AI-powered laptops — Galaxy Book6, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6 Ultra. The new lineup focuses on delivering a premium experience with upgrades in design, display, performance, cooling, and deep integration of Galaxy AI features.

With this launch, Samsung is aiming to strengthen its position in the premium laptop segment by combining powerful hardware with next-generation AI capabilities.

Redesigned Slim and Premium Build

The Galaxy Book6 series features a refreshed design with a slimmer and more refined chassis. Samsung has reworked internal components to include a wider vapor chamber, thinner fans, and an improved hinge mechanism.

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra measures just 15.4mm in thickness, while the Galaxy Book6 Pro 16-inch variant is even slimmer at 11.9mm. The laptops come with symmetrical edges, a centered logo, a two-tone keyboard, and a haptic touchpad designed for improved ergonomics and user comfort.

Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with Advanced Visuals

Samsung continues to lead in display technology by equipping the Galaxy Book6 series with Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreens. These displays offer HDR peak brightness of up to 1000 nits and 500 nits in standard mode.

Key display highlights include Vision Booster for better visibility in varying lighting conditions, True Bright certification with perceived brightness up to 1300 nits, and True Black levels for deep contrast. The adaptive refresh rate ranges from 30Hz to 120Hz, ensuring smooth visuals while conserving battery.

The laptops also feature Corning Gorilla Glass with DXC coating, which helps reduce reflections and improves durability.

Powerful Performance with AI Capabilities

The Galaxy Book6 series is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors based on Intel’s advanced 18A architecture. These chips offer up to 16 CPU cores and include a dedicated NPU capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance.

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra stands out with the addition of an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, making it suitable for demanding tasks such as video editing, 3D rendering, and AI workloads.

This combination of CPU, GPU, and NPU ensures that users get a powerful and future-ready computing experience.

Battery Life and Advanced Cooling System

Samsung claims that the Galaxy Book6 series can deliver up to 30 hours of video playback under typical usage conditions. Fast charging support allows the Galaxy Book6 Ultra to charge up to 63% in just 30 minutes.

To manage heat efficiently, Samsung has introduced an upgraded cooling system with a larger vapor chamber and improved airflow. The Ultra variant further enhances thermal performance with a dual-path outlet fan and optimized heatsink design.

Premium Audio and Security Features

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra comes equipped with a six-speaker setup featuring Dolby Atmos support. It includes four woofers and two tweeters, delivering immersive sound with reduced distortion even at higher volumes.

On the security front, the laptops include Samsung Knox, offering hardware-level protection. They also support Windows 11 secured-core PC features, ensuring enhanced system security and data protection.

Galaxy AI Features and Productivity Tools

One of the biggest highlights of the Galaxy Book6 series is its deep integration with Galaxy AI. These AI-powered features are designed to improve productivity and simplify everyday tasks.

Key AI features include AI Select for instant text translation, AI Cut Out for image editing, and Note Assist for summarization and translation. Users also get Natural Language Search for quickly finding files and content.

The laptops support seamless connectivity across devices with features like Storage Share, Link to Windows, Multi Control, and Second Screen. Running on Windows 11, the devices also include Copilot+ capabilities for AI-assisted workflows across Microsoft apps.

Price in India and Availability

The Galaxy Book6 series is available in Gray and Silver color options and can be purchased through Samsung’s official website, retail stores, and authorized partners.

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra 16-inch variant with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage is priced at Rs 2,42,990. The Galaxy Book6 Pro starts at Rs 1,78,990, while the base Galaxy Book6 starts at Rs 1,27,990.

Samsung is also offering attractive deals including up to 24 months of no-cost EMI, cashback offers of up to Rs 5000 on Ultra and Pro models, up to Rs 2000 cashback on the standard model, and additional student discounts of up to 10%.

Conclusion

The Samsung Galaxy Book6 series brings a strong mix of premium design, cutting-edge AI features, powerful performance, and long battery life. With the inclusion of RTX graphics, AMOLED displays, and advanced AI tools, the lineup is well-positioned to compete in the high-end laptop market and cater to both professionals and power users.
