
Oppo K15 Pro Series
Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has launched its latest K15 series in China, unveiling the Oppo K15 Pro+ and Oppo K15 Pro. These new devices are designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts and power users, featuring cutting-edge hardware and advanced cooling technology. The highlight of the series is the inclusion of a next-generation active cooling fan, ensuring stable performance during long gaming sessions.
The Oppo K15 Pro+ starts at CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 47,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the top-end 12GB + 512GB version is priced at CNY 4,199 (around Rs. 57,000).
Meanwhile, the Oppo K15 Pro is priced from CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 41,000), going up to CNY 3,499 (about Rs. 47,000) for the higher storage variant.
Both smartphones will be available for purchase in China starting April 3 via the official Oppo online store.
The Oppo K15 Pro+ features a large 6.78-inch Full HD+ display with a 165Hz refresh rate, delivering ultra-smooth visuals ideal for gaming. On the other hand, the Oppo K15 Pro offers a 6.59-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Both devices provide high brightness levels, excellent color accuracy, and fast touch response, enhancing both gaming and multimedia experiences.
Under the hood, the Oppo K15 Pro+ is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, capable of reaching clock speeds up to 3.73GHz. The Oppo K15 Pro comes equipped with the Dimensity 8500 Super processor.
Both models include 12GB LPDDR5x RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and high-performance gaming. In terms of storage, the Pro+ variant offers faster UFS 4.1 storage, while the Pro model uses UFS 3.1, with both supporting up to 512GB capacity.
The Oppo K15 Pro series features a dual rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera offering a 116-degree field of view.
For selfies and video calls, both smartphones come with a 16-megapixel front camera. They also support 4K video recording at 60fps, making them suitable for content creation.
One of the biggest highlights of the Oppo K15 Pro+ is its massive 8000mAh battery, which supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. Meanwhile, the Oppo K15 Pro houses a 7,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
These large batteries ensure long-lasting usage, especially for gamers and heavy users who need extended screen time without interruptions.
Both smartphones run on Android 16-based ColorOS 16 and feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. Additionally, the devices support multiple navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and NavIC.
Overall, the Oppo K15 Pro series stands out with its powerful specifications, innovative cooling system, and massive battery capacity, making it a strong contender in the gaming smartphone segment.
