OPPO A6s Pro
OPPO has expanded its A-series lineup in China with the launch of the OPPO A6s Pro. The new mid-range smartphone focuses on battery life, durability, and day-to-day performance. The handset’s biggest highlight is its 7,000mAh battery, while other notable features include 80W fast charging, a 120Hz display, and an IP69K-rated build for dust and water resistance.
The OPPO A6s Pro is priced at around Rs. 30,000 in China. While OPPO has not confirmed its India launch, the phone’s design appears similar to the upcoming OPPO F33 series. This suggests the device could eventually make its way to India with minor changes under a different branding.
The OPPO A6s Pro has been launched in China as a new entrant in the company’s mid-range smartphone portfolio. Its price is said to be around Rs. 30,000 when converted from the Chinese market. Details regarding availability in other regions, including India, have not been officially announced yet.
OPPO already sells several A-series smartphones in India, and the new model could join the lineup at a later stage. Based on its design language, the handset is also expected to share similarities with the OPPO F33 series.
The OPPO A6s Pro sports a 6.57-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,400 nits. The panel is expected to offer a smooth viewing experience for routine use, including scrolling, video streaming, and gaming.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max SoC. It is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. OPPO has also equipped the handset with a 4,300sq mm vapour chamber cooling system, which is expected to help with thermal management during extended usage.
For optics, the OPPO A6s Pro carries a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. On the front, it gets a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The camera setup appears to be aimed at standard photography needs rather than offering additional versatility through ultra-wide or telephoto sensors.
The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. This combination is likely to be one of the device’s main selling points, especially for users looking for extended battery life with quicker charging times. The handset also comes with an IP69K rating, indicating a higher level of protection against dust and water exposure.
Overall, the OPPO A6s Pro appears to be positioned as a practical mid-range smartphone with a strong focus on endurance and durability. Its large battery, fast charging support, and rugged design help it stand out, while the rest of the hardware is aimed at delivering a balanced everyday smartphone experience.
