Lava International is set to expand its budget smartphone lineup with the upcoming Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G. The company has officially confirmed the launch date and revealed several key specifications ahead of its debut. With a high refresh rate display, clean Android experience, and a capable camera setup, the device aims to attract value-focused users in India.
The Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G will officially launch in India on March 31 at 12pm. The smartphone will be available via Flipkart, where a dedicated microsite has already gone live showcasing its features.
In terms of colour options, the handset will be offered in Aurora Gold and Eclipse Gray, giving users a choice between two stylish finishes.
The Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This ensures smoother scrolling, improved animations, and a better viewing experience compared to standard 60Hz panels in this segment.
The device also comes with an IP54 rating, which provides protection against dust and minor water splashes, making it more durable for everyday use.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. While it is positioned as a budget chipset, it should handle everyday tasks such as browsing, social media, and light gaming efficiently.
On the software front, the device runs on Android 15, and the company has confirmed a clean user experience without bloatware or intrusive advertisements, which is a significant advantage in this price segment.
For photography, the Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G is equipped with a 50-megapixel rear camera. This sensor is expected to deliver decent image quality for everyday photography, including social media uploads and casual shots.
Details about additional rear cameras and the front-facing selfie camera have not yet been revealed, and are likely to be announced during the official launch event.
The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery, which should comfortably last a full day under normal usage. It supports charging via a USB Type-C port, ensuring convenience and compatibility with modern accessories.
The Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G also includes essential connectivity and usability features expected in a modern smartphone. Its IP54 rating adds a layer of protection, while the high refresh rate display and clean software enhance the overall user experience.
With its March 31 launch, the Lava Bold N2 Pro 4G is shaping up to be a solid option in the budget segment. A 120Hz display, Android 15 without bloatware, and a 50-megapixel camera make it an appealing choice for users looking for value without compromising on essential features. More details regarding pricing and availability are expected to be revealed at launch.
