The upcoming Infinix GT 50 Pro has surfaced in a fresh leak, offering an early look at its gaming-focused design, advanced cooling system, and hardware specifications. The smartphone is expected to build on Infinix’s gaming-centric GT lineup by introducing improved thermal management, responsive shoulder triggers, and a distinctive design language. With its recent appearance on BIS certification, the device is also expected to launch in India soon, making it one of the most anticipated gaming smartphones in its segment.
The leaked design sketch suggests that the Infinix GT 50 Pro will continue the brand’s hypercar-inspired styling but with notable refinements. The device is tipped to feature sharper lines and a Kevlar-like textured finish, offering a more premium and durable feel. One of the standout elements is a transparent “pipeline window” on the back panel, which visually highlights the internal cooling system.
This design approach not only enhances aesthetics but also gives the phone a futuristic appeal, especially aimed at mobile gamers. The dynamic visual elements make the device look active, almost as if it is “breathing,” aligning with its performance-driven identity.
The report highlights the inclusion of dual-pressure shoulder triggers, a feature increasingly popular among gaming smartphones. These triggers are expected to support multiple pressure levels and sliding gestures, allowing users to execute complex in-game actions with ease.
The triggers are reportedly highly durable, capable of handling over three million presses, while maintaining response times under 20 milliseconds. Additionally, they may support up to eight customizable controls along with ten sensitivity levels, offering flexibility for different gaming styles.
Beyond gaming, these triggers can also be used for everyday tasks such as camera zoom, quick shortcuts, and navigation controls, making them versatile for general use as well.
One of the most significant highlights of the leak is the advanced thermal management system. The Infinix GT 50 Pro is expected to feature a micro-pump liquid cooling system with a large 6,437 sq mm diaphragm area.
This system is designed to efficiently dissipate heat during extended gaming sessions, ensuring stable performance without throttling. By covering key heat-generating components inside the device, the cooling setup could significantly improve sustained performance, especially during heavy usage like gaming or multitasking.
Another notable innovation mentioned in the leak is the MagCharge 2.0 system. This magnetic accessory is expected to power the device directly while reducing battery heat buildup.
The system reportedly combines wireless charging and active cooling, supporting 15W wireless charging along with a 12W TEC cooling mechanism. This dual-function setup could help maintain optimal temperatures even while charging and gaming simultaneously, addressing a common pain point for gamers.
Previous leaks suggest that the Infinix GT 50 Pro could come equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth visuals for gaming and multimedia. Under the hood, it may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, promising strong performance.
In terms of optics, the device is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, along with a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
With its BIS certification already in place, the India launch of the Infinix GT 50 Pro appears imminent. If the leaked features hold true, the device could emerge as a strong contender in the mid-range gaming smartphone market, offering a blend of design innovation, gaming controls, and thermal efficiency.
