Honor has officially unveiled the Honor Magic V6 foldable smartphone in China after first showcasing the device during Mobile World Congress 2026. At the global presentation, the company revealed only limited information about the device and confirmed that it would arrive in selected markets during the second quarter of 2026.
Now, with the official China launch event, Honor has disclosed the complete specifications, pricing, and availability details of the Magic V6. The new foldable smartphone brings significant upgrades, including a powerful flagship chipset, a high-refresh-rate foldable display, and one of the largest batteries ever seen in a foldable device.
One of the most notable highlights of the Chinese version is its massive 7150mAh silicon-carbon battery, which sets a new benchmark for foldable smartphones.
The Chinese variant of the Honor Magic V6 features a 7150mAh battery in the top-end 16GB + 1TB variant. This battery uses advanced silicon-carbon technology with more than 32% silicon content and an energy density of 985Wh/L, making it one of the most advanced batteries in foldable devices.
Other configurations of the phone come with a 6850mAh battery, which is still larger than the 6660mAh battery found in the global model. Even these variants offer improved energy density of 921Wh/L, ensuring longer battery life.
