In just seven days, the combined worldwide collection of Dhurandhar and its sequel has reached a staggering ₹2384.33 crore, placing it among the biggest film franchises in Indian cinema history.
Dhurandhar 2 alone has delivered an exceptional performance, earning ₹1029.49 crore worldwide within its first week. The original film had already set a strong foundation with a lifetime gross of ₹1354.84 crore, making the franchise a dominant force.

The Dhurandhar franchise has now emerged as the highest-grossing Bollywood franchise in India based on net collections. With a combined India net total of ₹1535.59 crore, including ₹894.49 crore from the first installment and ₹641.1 crore from the sequel, it has surpassed all previous Hindi film franchises to claim the top spot.
On the global front, the franchise has secured its position as the second highest-grossing Bollywood franchise worldwide. It is now rapidly closing the gap with the YRF Spy Universe, created by Aditya Chopra, signaling a major shift in the box office hierarchy.
One of the most remarkable achievements of the Dhurandhar franchise is its consistency. It has become the only Indian film franchise where every installment has crossed the ₹500 crore mark in its home language.
This sets it apart from major franchises like Pushpa: The Rise and Baahubali: The Beginning, whose individual parts, while hugely successful, did not achieve this feat consistently in their original language markets.
With Dhurandhar 2 continuing its dream run at the box office, industry experts expect more records to be broken in the coming days. The franchise’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down, and it may soon challenge the biggest global benchmarks in Indian cinema.
