Dhurandhar 2 Overseas Box Office: Pre-Sales Cross $150K Ahead of Release, Strong Momentum in North America — As Per Sacnilk

According to trade tracking portal Sacnilk, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has begun its overseas advance bookings on a powerful note. With more than two weeks remaining before its March 19 release, the Ranveer Singh starrer has already crossed $150,000 in international pre-sales for its opening day.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the high-octane spy thriller is set to release in multiple languages and is building strong momentum in key overseas markets.

Impressive Trend in North America

As per Sacnilk’s latest data, North America is currently leading the advance booking trend. The film has generated approximately $70,000 from premiere shows alone, which are scheduled for March 18. When combined with opening day sales, the total advance collection in the United States has moved past the $100,000 mark.

Trade experts believe this early response indicates the potential for a record-breaking start for a Bollywood film in the region, provided the pace continues over the next two weeks.

At present, Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, holds the record for the biggest Bollywood premiere in North America with approximately $1.2 million. Industry projections suggest Dhurandhar 2 could challenge that figure if the current booking momentum sustains.

Overseas Advance Sales Cross ₹1.40 Crore

Sacnilk reports that the total overseas pre-sales for opening day have already surpassed $150,000 (around ₹1.40 crore). Importantly, bookings at several major international theatre chains are yet to open, which means the current numbers could see a significant jump in the coming days.

If this upward trend continues, Dhurandhar 2 is on track to post one of the biggest overseas opening days for a Hindi film this year.

High Stakes for the Sequel

The first Dhurandhar installment was a massive global success, reportedly grossing over ₹1300 crore worldwide and performing exceptionally well in North America with lifetime earnings exceeding $20 million.

Backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the sequel continues the story on a much grander scale. Despite its nearly four-hour runtime, expectations remain extremely high for the film to match or even exceed the achievements of its predecessor.

With strong early signals from overseas markets, all eyes are now on how Dhurandhar 2 performs as its global release date approaches.
