Jayasurya’s Aadu 3 is performing impressively at the box office, maintaining solid momentum during its opening weekend. The Malayalam fantasy comedy has shown strong growth both in Kerala and overseas markets, emerging as one of the biggest performers in Mollywood this year.
Directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, Aadu 3 added ₹7.20 crore on its third day in Kerala. With this, the film’s total collection in the state reached ₹20.10 crore gross. The movie has been consistently attracting audiences, reflecting a positive word of mouth.
Apart from Kerala, the film also managed to pull in ₹3.50 crore from the rest of India. This takes its total Indian box office collection to ₹23.60 crore gross, indicating decent traction beyond its home market.
Aadu 3 has performed exceptionally well in international markets, especially in the Middle East. The film collected around ₹43 crore overseas, contributing significantly to its global total.
With a worldwide gross of ₹66.60 crore in just three days, Aadu 3 is expected to close its extended opening weekend at around ₹85 crore. If it achieves this milestone, the film will become one of the biggest opening films in Malayalam cinema, second only to Mohanlal’s L2 Empuraan.
Featuring a strong ensemble cast including Jayasurya, Saiju Kurup, Vinayakan, and others, Aadu 3 has turned out to be a big hit. Its consistent performance and growing audience interest suggest a long and successful run at the box office.
