Yamaha has revised the pricing of the XSR155 in India and simultaneously expanded its colour palette with the introduction of a new Metallic Black option. With this update, the retro-styled motorcycle now carries different price tags depending on the colour variant, unlike earlier when all shades were available at a uniform ex-showroom price of Rs. 1,49,990 (Delhi).

The Metallic Blue shade continues at its original price, making it the most affordable option in the lineup. On the other hand, the Greyish Green Metallic variant has received the highest hike of Rs. 9,000 and now shares the top price bracket with the newly introduced Metallic Black version.
The XSR155 was previously offered without a blacked-out theme, but Yamaha has now addressed that gap with the launch of the Metallic Black colour scheme. This version features an all-black finish, complemented by Yamaha branding on the fuel tank.
What makes this variant stand out visually is the use of gold-finished upside-down front forks, which add a premium and sporty appeal. It is currently the only colour option in the range to feature this distinctive gold fork setup.
Apart from the pricing revision and the addition of a new colour, there are no mechanical updates to the motorcycle. The Yamaha XSR155 continues to be powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine equipped with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA).
This motor produces 18.1 bhp and 14.2 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is known for combining retro styling with modern engineering, making it an attractive choice for urban riders and enthusiasts alike.
